This Privacy Policy describes how Purian Solutions Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our internal accounting integration application (the “Application”) that connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit developer platform.

1. Scope

The Application is used solely for internal financial and accounting purposes by Purian Solutions Construction. It is not offered to the public and does not provide services to third-party end users.

2. Information We Access

When authorized, the Application accesses financial and accounting data from our own QuickBooks Online company file, which may include company information, chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, and financial reports.

3. How We Use Information

Accessed data is used exclusively for internal accounting, financial analysis, tax preparation support, bookkeeping review, and business reporting for Purian Solutions Construction. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth access tokens and retrieved data are stored locally on systems controlled by Purian Solutions Construction, with access restricted to authorized personnel. We do not transmit accessed financial data to any external party.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the internal accounting purposes described above and in accordance with applicable recordkeeping and tax requirements.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s own privacy policy and terms, available at intuit.com.

7. Your Rights

Authorization can be revoked at any time through the QuickBooks Online / Intuit account settings, which immediately terminates the Application’s access.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
