End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the internal accounting integration application (the “Application”) developed and operated by Purian Solutions Construction that connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit developer platform.

1. License Grant

The Application is a private, internal tool used exclusively by Purian Solutions Construction and its authorized personnel. It is not licensed, sold, or distributed to the public.

2. Permitted Use

The Application may be used solely for internal accounting, financial analysis, bookkeeping, tax preparation support, and business reporting using the company’s own QuickBooks Online data.

3. Restrictions

Authorized users shall not use the Application to access data belonging to any party other than Purian Solutions Construction, nor in any manner that violates Intuit’s terms of service or applicable law.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy. Financial data is handled solely for internal purposes and is not shared with third parties.

5. Intuit Services

The Application relies on Intuit QuickBooks Online, governed by Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy at intuit.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purian Solutions Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

8. Termination

Authorization may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online / Intuit account settings.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time.
